Invent a holiday! Explain how and why everyone should celebrate.
On the first Monday of every quarter, all businesses should be shut down for that day. All employees are required to stay home and DO NOTHING.
This holiday would be a great way to start the quarters for every business. Employees would have something to look forward too and the extra breaks would likely increase productivity at the start of each quarter.
The how is simple: stay at home in your pjs and do not leave the house.
